Zenith Escapes provides highly personalized travel planning. All itineraries, whether architectural tours or private jet charters, are subject to availability and the specific terms of our luxury partners (resorts, vessel owners, and aircraft operators).

2. Booking and Deposits

To secure a bespoke itinerary, a non-refundable commitment fee is required. Full payment schedules vary by service type and will be clearly outlined in your personalized digital proposal. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers directed to our Singapore-based accounts.

3. Cancellations and Refinement

Given the exclusive nature of our arrangements, many of our bookings are non-refundable. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for all clients. Requests for itinerary refinements after confirmation may incur additional administration fees.

4. Intellectual Property

The architectural insights, curated routes, and digital content provided by Zenith Escapes are protected. Users may not reproduce or distribute our proprietary itinerary structures without written consent from our Duchess Avenue office.

5. Liability

While we partner with only the world's finest service providers, Zenith Escapes acts as an intermediary. We are not liable for delays, accidents, or service failures caused by third-party operators or force majeure events.
